Besides general painting and construction, we work on projects that include waterproofing, deck coatings, floor coatings, parking garage graphics, caulking (wet glazing, panel joints, and metal to any surface applications), construction work, stucco work, plumbing, electrical, and aluminum rain gutter installation. We have a B-1 (General Building) License as well as C-33 (Painting and Decorating) and C-10 (Electrical) Licenses with an excellent work safety program and history.
Waterproofing projects include installation and recoating of planter box coatings, masonry walls, stucco surfaces, deck coating systems and recoat projects and roofing projects. We use only first quality suppliers with warranty programs such as Sonnborn, Sika, Vulchem, and Pacific Polymers.
Caulking projects include installation and replacement of panel joints, expansion joints, window wet seals, and parapet wall caps.
We have our own installers and equipment to complete aluminum seamless gutter and downspout projects. Sheet metal work, flashing work, galvanized gutters and downspout, and copper gutter and downspout projects. Our maintenance programs also include rain gutter cleaning and sealing.
We have certified electricians capable of adding one outlet or light fixture to complete new service/new construction electrical projects. We also repair all renovation damages in-house which makes the project run more smoothly.
We have journeymen plumbers able to handle any project from maintenance/service requests to complete copper re-pipe projects and complete new construction plumbing projects.
We also offer interior unit turn painting and cleaning. Our labor services team is staffed with painters, laborers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other specialists. We also have a graffiti removal and maintenance program to keep your property exteriors spotless.
